One of Matt Lambert's Berlin muses graces the cover of the indie gay magazine's sixth issue.
Three years ago, Ryan Fitzgibbon launched a bi-annual literary magazine for "men who date men," Hello Mr. With an eye for design and a global outlook, the indie publication aims to shed light on gay men in their endless varieties and environments, and it has engendered a passionate international fanbase. For the sixth issue, Matt Lambert shot one of his many Berlin muses for the cover, part of an intimate photographic exploration of the lovers and collaborators who drive his professional and personal life.

"Matt Lambert is a photographer defined by danger, love, and investigation, which is what 06 is all about" says associate editor Francisco Tirado, "We're so excited he wanted to work with us to produce entirely new work for our feature photo essay."
Fitzgibbon, the magazine's editor and creative director, adds, "[Issue 06] challenges those ideals of 'should' and 'supposed to,' but always leads us to something new."
Issue 06 hits stands this week. Former cover boys include HIV activist Nic Holas, Grizzly Bear frontman Ed Droste, RuPaul's Drag Racecontestant Dan Donigan (aka Milk), Buzzfeed editor Saeed Jones, and musician Perfume Genius.
