The 144-page comic book will be available this coming December.
This coming December DC Comics and IDW Publishing will publish Love Is Love, a 144-page comic book dedicated to the victims of the Orlando shooting.
The proceeds from the book will be given to Equality Florida and their fund to provide support for those affected by the tragedy earlier this year.
Marc Andreyko, who is a comic book writer and screenwriter, helped put the book together and spoke about the inspiration behind the project.
"Events like this shouldn't be compartmentalized," Andreyko told The New York times. "They should hurt and we should want to change for the better."
Andreyko tried his hardest to get to know the people whose stories are covered throughout the upcoming book. So much so, that while conducting the interviews he says that he couldn't help but play a little game of matchmaker.
"I was e-Harmony-ing people," he said. "Mixing and matching and seeing who felt right."
The comic book is priced at $9.99 and will contain over 100 stories.
