The 'Magic Mike'-themed Saints and Sinners opens on Bourbon Street in New Orleans
Do you think Channing Tatum smells a franchise? After starring in the movie Magic Mike this summer (loosely based on his own experiences as a stripper in Florida), Chan leaked the possibility of a sequel and a Broadway musical based on Magic Mike. Now he's opening Saints and Sinners in New Orleans, which is promised to be a Magic Mike-themed bar concept. Does this remind you of The Coyote Ugly explosion in the wake of that chick flick/romcom of the prior decade? Umm, yeah.
Well, it's the grand opening in New Orleans this weekend. So we're sure the ladies will be showing their tits, but now it seems that revelers may get a chance to see some flexing male pecs as well.
According to NYPost's Page Six, Tatum has invited his co-stars including Matt Bomer (we assume without his partner and kids) and Joe Manganiello "and other Hollywood pals" (notice how Alex Pettyfer, aka The Kid, is never on such a list? Just sayin'). Oh and Chan-Chan's wife Jenna Dewan will, of course, be there. So don't get any ideas.
