Need to Know: Androgynous, Bisexual Singer Renee Phoenix

Having toured with The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Hoobastank, and Blameshift, Fit For Rivals is a punk-styled hard rock band led by androgynous and bisexual front woman Renee Phoenix.

The group's newest single, "Freak Machine," shows off Renee's talents well, as she powers through energetic and edgy lyrics all while backed by fast-paced, aggressive instrumentation. The lyric video for the song is fairly simple, being a slide show of band members in gothic attire and makeup, but it captures the angst of the music well.
