Everyone's favorite icon is back with more to say about this insane election, this time getting candid on a segment of Today. In the interview, she talked about how she feels about Donald Trump, as well as her return to touring at age 70.
On Trump:
"I feel like I'm yelling 'fire,' and no one is listening. I care about the country and I know that the people who are following Trump care about the country, too. But I don't think it's the same country I care about."
On Hillary:
"She's done some things that I'm sure she wishes she hadn't done, and she's done things--I can't back every play. If she has the chance to be a great president, she will rise to that occasion."
On returning to the stage:
"I knew that this would probably be the last time. My voice is still really good. I'm still active and running around. I can still fit in my costumes. It's now or never."
On being 70:
"I just don't know how to accept it. I don't want to accept it, but I just don't know how to. If I put 70 candles on my birthday cake I would blow my brains out."
On being a Cher fan:
"I've never really been in love with Cher. She's all right, but I'm not a huge fan."
