Some people foolishly use the treadmill to just walk, jog or run. And then you have folks like choreographer and certified hot piece Carson Dean, who like to throw some funk in their workouts.
Dean posted a video of his acrobatic dance routine to the ubiquitous "Uptown Funk" and the results are kind of amazing. We're not just talking some light stutter stepping into the occasional kick ball change. Homeboi is giving you turns...

Still, it's all very impressive stuff. Of course, I would be more impressed if he did it all in a heel, but I say that about most things.
