Since September, bushfires have been burning in Australia, long before bushfire season was set to begin. The fires have gotten so bad that one fire has reached the size of the island of Manhattan. According to reports, at least 24 people have lost their lives, over 2,000 homes have been destroyed, and millions of wildlife have died in the flames. But, after a flood of attention at the Golden Globes on Sunday, high-profile names are turning their attention, and money in Australia's direction.

On Tuesday Sir Elton John, who is currently on tour in Australia, revealed that he had made a donation to the Bushfire Relief Fund to do what he could. He tweeted about the announcement Wednesday.

"Seeing the fires raging across Australia have left me heartbroken," he wrote. "This tragedy has taken lives, homes and devastated so much wildlife. At my Sydney show last night, I pledged $1 million dollars to support the Bushfire Relief Fund. God bless, Australia." The singer has been performing in the country since 1971.

He also called the crisis an "apocalyptic absolute disaster," and told the crowds they should be in awe of the work the firefighters were doing. But it's not only high profile names that are pitching in.

Seemingly inspired by Kaylen Ward, a 20-year-old who made headlines by sending a nude to anyone who can prove they donated $10 to the effort -- she's reportedly reached and exceeded $1 million -- porn performers are offering their nudes in exchange for donations. On Instagram, CagedJock, who is popular on platforms like JustForFans and Onlyfans, wrote "If you donate to any charity working to combat Australia wild [fires] I will give you free 30 days access to my fans page. DM me receipt."

Alongside that text, the performer posted a list of possible charities to donate to including the SA Country Fire Service, Goods for Good Causes, Country Fire Authority, and more. He then posted a handfull of followers who had sent him receipts.

Rocco Steele, a studio performer who has also seen massive success on fan sites, also took up the mantle, writing that he was inspired by Ward and "heartbroken to see devastation in Australia."

"Anybody who donates $10 USD or more to a legit charity [that] helps with the efforts in Australia, I will DM you a naked pic of myself. You must show me proof of donation." He also posted an extensive listing of charities.
