The Russell Tovey and Rose Wylie Chat Worth Listening To
The latest from David Zwirner’s new podcast.
When you combine cultural leaders in the worlds of art, architecture, film, and music, magic happens. That basically sums up the new audio series, Dialogues: The David Zwirner Podcast.

"While this year marks an important milestone for the gallery, we continue to look and move forward, whether that means opening a new gallery or exploring new mediums," said David Zwirner. "This is one of the many digital initiatives we are embarking on, to both engage with new audiences and further our artists' voices."
Hosted by Lucas Zwirner, editorial director of David Zwirner Books, this invigorating new podcast kicked off just a few weeks ago with a discussion between artist Jeff Koons and Luke Suson. Up now? An intimate discussion between Russell Tovey and British painter Rose Wylie, who just wrapped up her critically acclaimed show, Lolita's House at David Zwirner in London.
The two discuss how they create their art, their trance-like state of performing and painting, and the similarities of their craft. Fun fact: Tovey is actually a huge art collection and Wylie fan (recently purchasing this piece with a check from a recent film).
