The 43-year-old celebrity fitness trainer, best known for his popular workout programs like Hip-Hop Abs, T25, and Insanity, took to Insta earlier this week to celebrate everyone's favorite day of the week (hump day), and in doing so, gave his over 1.2 million followers the most pleasant (and peachy) of surprises...

"Your hump day needs a pick me up!" Shaun captioned the post where he showed off his absolutely perfect assets. "You're welcome!"

Aside from being an incredibly popular fitness instructor, Shaun is also a family man, raising two sons with his loving husband Scott Blokker.
