Megan Fox has a new, sexy movie project.
Fox will star in the upcoming sci-fi thriller Subservience, directed by S.K. Dale and with a screenplay by Will Honley and April Maguire.
The movie is about a struggling father, played by Michele Morrone, who purchases a domestic SIM (a robot servant of some type it seems) to help care for his house and family. Unfortunately for him, the beautiful SIM (Fox) gains awareness and turns deadly.
This sounds like a sexy version of the classic Disney Channel Original Movie Smart House, and we are fully on board.
"Megan and Michele are perfect for this timely and provocative thriller. As Megan's third film with us, this high concept and topical subject make for a cautionary tale of AI and the frighteningly real dangers that could rise," Millennium Media President Jeffrey Greenstein said. "With the addition of the talented Michele to add an extra layer of spice as our leading man, we are excited to see leading lady Megan and S.K. team up again with Megan lending her acting talents to an incredibly layered character."
"This film will show a side of Megan that we have never seen before. The cast that we are assembling will elevate this emotionally-charged story and I cannot wait to show you all what we have in store," Dale added.
Production for the film is expected to start on January 7, 2023.
Fox, who is unfortunately dating Machine Gun Kelly, has a packed slate of film projects coming up. She's got Johnny and Clyde, which stars Avan Jogia and Ajani Russell as a pair of lovers who steal from a crime boss played by Fox.
She's also voicing a dolphin in the upcoming Naya Legend of the Golden Dolphin 3D movie alongside Kate Winslet, Gerard Butler, and Elliot Page. She's also joining the cast of the upcoming Expendables sequel with Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren, and more.
