Billy Eichner is one of the most successful LGBTQ+ comedians in Hollywood, and his career is about to get even bigger with the historic release of Bros in September.
Best known for Billy on the Street, Difficult People, and American Horror Story, Eichner has been incredibly booked and busy in recent years. The comedian also lent his voice for characters like Timon in the live-action adaptation of The Lion King and Chef Pig/Phillip in The Angry Birds Movie, and appeared on shows like American Crime Story, Friends From College, and Parks and Recreation, just to name a few. As of 2022, Eichner is a true Hollywood A-lister who's about to headline what is being dubbed as the first gay rom-com made by a major studio with a theatrical release.
In Bros, Eichner will play the lead character of Bobby Lieber - who falls in love with a charismatic gay "bro" named Aaron (played by Luke Macfarlane). The film features an all-LGBTQ+ cast of actors that includes Guillermo Diaz, Monica Raymund, Bowen Yang, Ts Madison, Symone, Benito Skinner, Peter Kim, Guy Branum, and Amanda Bearse, to name a few.
