44-year-old Matt Bomer has come a long way since making his acting debut on the soap opera All My Children back in 2000. In subsequent years, Bomer starred on shows like Guiding Light, Tru Calling, Traveler, and Chuck, which helped solidify his name in Hollywood.
In 2011, Bomer was a breakout star as the character of Henry Hamilton in the Justin Timberlake-led film In Time. This jumpstarted his career on the big screen and was followed by roles in Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL, The New Normal, The Nice Guys, and The Magnificent Seven, to name a few.
It didn't take long for the actor to return to TV, however. Namely, Bomer became a household name for playing the lead role on the USA Network's White Collar. He also became increasingly popular for starring in multiple seasons of FX's American Horror Story. In recent years, Bomer has appeared on shows such as The Last Tycoon, The Sinner, Will & Grace, Doom Patrol, and Echoes.
As for future projects, Bomer is already slated to play one of the main characters on Showtime's upcoming series Fellow Travelers. Bomer's character (Hawkins Fuller) will be in love with a character named Tim Laughlin, who will be brought to life by Bridgerton heartthrob Jonathan Bailey.
