After five years of marriage, Joe Exotic and Dillon Passage have finalized their divorce.
Exotic, who of course rose to fame at the height of the pandemic with the Netflix docu-series Tiger King, announced his marriage to Passage at the end of the series, just after viewers had watched him engage in a flurry of failed relationships.
Mere months later, Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage, was sent to prison in Florida for his attempted murder-for-hire and for the killing and selling of tigers. He is expected to serve 21 years.
Jail would be a strain on anyone's relationship. In March 2022, the two filed the official documents to split ways. The judge signed off on the divorce earlier this week, TMZ reports.
Both men have clearly moved on. Passage flaunts other men on his Instagram (he even has an OnlyFans page linked there now) and Exotic has had some romantic entanglements behind bars. He was also engaged last year, but that relationship reportedly fell apart last June.
Exotic hasn't yet mentioned his divorce on social media yet, but he has taken the time to vocally support Andrew Tate - an outspoken, misogynistic social media personality who was arrested in Romania for human trafficking last week. You know what they say about the company you keep!
