We're Very Thankful for Colton Underwood's Back Arch
Look at you, Colton!

We’re looking up “paddleboarding classes” as we speak.
Look, we’ve never claimed to know anything about sports. At least, not about the sports that they show on TV.
Colton Underwood, a former football player who became a reality star on The Bachelor and subsequently came out as gay in the Coming Out Colton docuseries, was introduced to paddleboarding this year. And boy are we grateful for it.
On Thursday, November 23, Underwood shared a series of Instagram stories highlighting the many things that he is thankful for. That included a video of him being introduced to paddleboarding, where he is seen getting in a perfect back arch position on top of the paddleboard.
We’ve gotta say it: Underwood on all fours gets 10s across the board.

Whoever recorded this paddleboarding video must’ve had very similar thoughts to ours, because the cameraperson kept zooming in more and more on Underwood’s back arch and then literally framed the video right on the Bachelor star’s ass.
Underwood also looked straight at the camera while being on all fours, so he probably also knew what he was doing!
While many gay people aren’t well-versed in sports, we are extremely familiar with the proper form of a back arch. And, you know, it doesn’t hurt to give Underwood a little shout-out after seeing his technique.
In all seriousness, though, Underwood’s Thanksgiving posts weren’t just about his back arch. The Beyond the Edge winner also shared other Instagram stories about things that he’s grateful for, and the whole thing was actually pretty sweet.
