The Bachelor star shared a collage of negative comments reacting to his new risqué picture.

All celebrities have a reputation era, and Colton Underwood has just entered his.

In 2013, Lady Gaga performed “Do What U Want” at the American Music Awards (AMAs) with giant screens behind her showing negative articles about herself. A few years later, Demi Lovato performed “Sorry Not Sorry” at the 2017 AMAs after displaying various negative tweets (now X posts) about herself on the stage. Now, the time has come for Underwood to put his haters on blast – and we’re wondering if the American Music Awards has given him call yet.

On Monday, Dec. 11, Underwood shared a picture of himself holding up a newspaper and seemingly wearing nothing but socks. “Front page fashion,” he wrote in the caption.

In a subsequent Instagram story, Underwood shared a new version of the picture – this time covered in the various negative comments that the photo received from his followers.

“Can’t believe this dude was at one point The Bachelor,” one comment read.

“I feel for his family. Very sad! If my adult child posted anything of this sort, I’d be humiliated!” another wrote.

“You’ve slipped and not gracefully. Save bedroom antics for the bedroom. Do better,” one hater commented.

“So is posing semi-clothed and with a new boyfriend all the time your new job?” another commenter wrote.

As of this writing, Underwood didn’t share any reaction of his to these comments. Much like the performances from Gaga and Lovato at the AMAs, the reality star is letting the comments speak for themselves.

Fame and success come at a price. Thankfully, Underwood is fighting for his right to be a gay man who can post his thirst traps in peace.
