Say goodbye to DL Eyewear... for now.
Dan Levy's namesake eyewear brand is running a "farewell" sale after the announcement that the summer sale would be their last as they make changes for the future.
DL Eyewear was started by Dan Levy over 10 years ago in 2013. Selling fashionable frames at reasonable prices, just like Levy's iconic black specs.
The brand took to their Instagram account to announce the last sale they would be running. "As you're well aware, we here at DL pride ourselves on producing eyewear at an affordable price," the announcement reads. "And for the past ten years we have stood by our commitment to never compromise on that promise. We simply care too much."
The statement continued:
"We've been fortunate enough to see our company grow over the past few years. It's been an exciting adventure that has resulted in a need to take some time to build out our next chapter. So we've decided to make this summer sale our last as we regroup to focus on the future."
It's unsure if the brand will be gone for good, but it seems as though they are headed back to the drawing board, with language on the brand's website calling this sale a "thank you" and a "farewell."

Levy and his co-founder Elena Doukas also added that, "We love making frames for you all and look forward to what's to come."
We may not know what the future holds for this company, but we do hope to see DL Eyewear back again in the near future. Until then you can shop the DL Eyewear summer sale for 65 percent off the entire website until June 9.
