Dr. Ranj Singh, British doctor and TV star, went Instagram official with his boyfriend on New Year's Day.
"I think this is what the kids call a 'hard launch,'" wrote the Strictly Come Dancing star in the caption of the image alongside a winky face emoji. "Sometime the universe gives you what you NEED, rather than what you WANT." It's unclear what (or who) he's referring to there, but he rounded out the post with, "Starting 2025 the way it was meant to be. Happy new year love!"
The photos depict Singh kissing James Colebrook, a British actor and influencer with over 80,000 followers on social media. The Instagram carousel features four photos of the adorable couple. Colebrook replied to the post with three red heart emojis.
The congratulations quickly rang in from his friends and followers. "CONGRATS HONEY," wrote RuPaul's Drag Race judge Michelle Visage, while Queer As Folk screenwriter Russell T. Davies simply left a kissy face emoji alongside two red heart emojis.
Colebrook also shared a couple clips of him and Singh in close quarters in a year-end round-up video. "What a year. I hope 2025 brings even more love, laughter, success, and silliness," he wrote.
Singh commented on the Instagram reel, "For a moment I thought I wasn't in it… well saved [laugh emoji]."
We don't yet know too much about their love story just yet, but Singh is a popular TV personality in the U.K. and was the resident doctor on the daily news program This Morning between 2016 and 2021. Colebrook is a self-described actor, presenter, personal trainer, and gamer and co-hosts the Bunny & the Beast podcast with drag performer Bunny Galore.
Colebrook previously posted a photo of the two together on the red carpet for the Pride of Britain awards in October, and at a Together For Short Lives charity event in March.
Congrats to the happy couple!
