"We have a lot of, like, similar fashion sense and hair," Stewart said about the celebrity chef.

Unfortunately, Kristen Stewart won’t be honeymooning in Flavortown.

After teasing us all with what would’ve been one of the greatest celebrity weddings of all time, Kristen Stewart has clarified that celebrity chef Guy Fieri won’t be officiating her and Dylan Meyer's wedding after all.

On Thursday’s episode of What What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Stewart said that she wanted Fieri for her wedding because “we have a lot of, like, similar fashion sense and hair. Also, I just think he seems like a really nice dude and he marries a lot of queer people.”

“So I heard that and I was like, ‘Guy, my Guy? You kidding me?’” she laughed.

She also revealed that Fieri’s people did reach out, saying that the chef was interested. However, because she says she’s “bad at planning stuff,” she and Meyer will “probably just marry each other and then call Guy and say, ‘you were here in spirit, babe.’”

Stewart first brought up the idea of Fieri doing her nuptials back in 2021, when she said on The Howard Stern Show that she “did hear that Guy Fieri from the Food Network officiates a lot of gay weddings.”

“So the idea of that man – that sweet, sweet, spikey-headed man – coming to our wedding and officiating it, it just makes me laugh so much.”

Fieri made headlines in 2015 when he officiated 101 gay weddings in Miami in honor of his late sister, who was gay.

Stewart also originally announced her engagement on The Howard Stern Show. In 2021 when she was doing press for her Oscar-nominated role as Princess Diana in Spencer, she appeared on the show and broke the big news.

“We’re marrying, we’re totally gonna do it,” she said. “I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and she nailed it. We’re marrying, it’s happening.”

When Cohen asked when Stewart and Meyer would get married, the actor replied, “I don’t know, we’re gonna sort of surprise ourselves.”
