And boy were those bullies wrong!

We all have our haters. Sometimes, you even pass them by on the road to fame and success.

That's certainly true for Lady Gaga, who is now one of the most successful singers and actors of the 21st century, but was once described as a "so extra" theater kid who annoyed her fellow college students by belting songs from Wicked during lunch.

Gaga famously had her doubters and naysayers while attending college at New York University, including ones who went out their way to start a Facebook group called "Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous."

The Facebook group, which only had 12 members according to an infamous screenshot that has been circulating for years online, has been a notorious part of Gaga's lore for years.

And now, she finally has something to say about it

The TikTok account @instxdk24ds posted a photo carousel cutting from the screenshot of the Facebook group to a picture of Gaga holding the Academy Award she won in 2019 for Best Original Song after leading A Star Is Born.

The picture lists some of her many accomplishments, including 1 Oscar, 13 Grammys, 2 Golden Globes, 10 Guinness world records, 18 MTV video music awards, and much more.

The video attracted so much attention that Mother Monster herself has commented on it!

"Some people I went to college w made this way back when👏👏👏," Gaga commented on the TikTok post. "This is why you can't give up when people doubt you or put you down – gotta keep going."

Lady Gaga currently has the number six song in the country with her Bruno Mars duet "Die With a Smile," is planning on releasing the first single from her upcoming 7th solo album sometime this October, and has the film Joker: Folie à Deux coming out this October 4.

It doesn't get much more famous than that!
