He also implied that he signed an NDA about the relationship.

Lukas Gage is opening up about what led to his six-month marriage to Chris Appleton.

Gage, who is appearing in the upcoming Road House remake, went on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to talk about his short-lived romance with the famous hairstylist.

“I was surprised that you got married after dating someone for two months,” Cohen told Gage. “You got married in fur coats by Kim Kardashian in Las Vegas, what happened to you?”

“I had a manic episode for six months,” Gage said. “What happened to me? I don’t know literally what went through my head, but we live and we learn.”

Cohen then asked Gage what he could tell them about the divorce.

“It was days after the Kardashians episode aired when you got married. And then suddenly you're getting divorced, there are allegations of cheating. What can you tell us?”

“There was no cheating,” he replied. “Oh god, Andy, there’s a three letter thing I signed.”

When Cohen clarified that it was an NDA (a nondisclosure agreement), Gage mumbled a bit before saying “I plead the fifth.”

Gage and Appleton made their red carpet debut as a couple on March 8, 2023, and a week later, Appleton confirmed they were a couple on The Drew Barrymore Show. On April 5, sources reported that the two were engaged.

Then, just a few weeks later, on April 24, Page Six reported that the two tied the knot in a secret wedding ceremony in Las Vegas.

The couple announced their divorce in November, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
