What is Joe Locke-tober?

So now, this month has been declared Joe Locke-tober in honor of him, and in a cheeky reference to Locktober, a popular kink activity.

We're pretty sure Marvel knows what it's doing here. Joe Locke is gay, the character Billy is gay, and Locktober is pretty well known in kinkier part of gay spaces...
