Love wins for Robin Roberts and Amber Laign!

Love is in the air!

Good Morning America host Robin Roberts married her longtime partner Amber Laign after 18 years together in a ceremony in Farmington, Connecticut over the weekend.

Roberts and Laign’s wedding included about 250 guests, including GMA stars like George Stephanopoulos, Sam Champion, Gio Benitez, Lara Spencer, Michael Strahan, Dr. Jen Ashton, and Tory Johnson, as well as journalist Gayle King, and tennis icon Billie Jean King.

Roberts shared the great news on her Instagram.

“An intimate, magical wedding ceremony in our backyard followed by a joyous reception… ohhhh the dancing!!” she wrote. “We are immensely grateful to all for making it a day and a night to remember. Honeymoon here we come!”

Both brides wore sleeveless, white gowns, and as they walked down the aisle, “Stand by Me” was played by violinist Caroline Campbell, who also played “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” for the couple’s first dance.

Roberts announced that she and Laign were going to get married back in January, shortly after Laign had announced that she completed radiation treatment for breast cancer.

“I'm hesitating because I haven't said it out loud yet . . . I'm saying 'yes' to marriage,” Roberts said on the show. “We're getting married this year. It was something we had talked about but we had put it off, she became ill but . . . it is saying yes to that, and that next chapter.”

Roberts and Laign met on a blind date in July 2005 and have been inseparable ever since. Now, they’ve found a new way to celebrate their love. Congratulations!
