Skinny dipping? Count us in!

Best known for playing TK Strand on 9-1-1: Lone Star, out bisexual actor Ronen Rubinstein celebrated this year’s Bisexual Visibility Day on Saturday with a video of himself skinny dipping in the pool.

Though it is a shorter video than we’d like it to be, Rubinstein’s cheeks are on full display for anyone to see. As he enters and exits the frame swimming, it’s clear that the actor is having a ton of fun.

“Sun’s out, buns out,” he captioned the video, along with a merman emoji.

Rubinstein publicly came out as bisexual in April 2021. In August 2022, he married actress Jessica Parker Kennedy, with whom he had been together since 2017.

Besides Rubinstein, the cast of 9-1-1: Lone Star features LGBTQ+ stars like Rafael L. Silva (Carlos Reyes), who is gay, and Brian Michael Smith (Paul Strickland), who is a trans man. The series was created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Tim Minear.

The flagship 9-1-1 series was canceled at Fox in 2023 but was subsequently picked up by ABC for a seventh season. Meanwhile, Fox did renew the 9-1-1: Lone Star spinoff for a fifth season – much to the delight of the Tarlos (TK and Carlos) fans.

Sharing is caring. We appreciate you, Ronen Rubinstein!
