The LGBTQ+ community has proven to be a difficult year under President Donald Trump's leadership, but the cast of RuPaul's Drag Race is speaking out.
In the grand tradition of the legendary documentary Paris Is Burning, these beloved stars opened the library and read down the Republican Party at the red carpet for the season 17 finale.
Scroll below to see the witty responses, and take that down Pennsylvania Avenue!
Michelle Visage
"Illiterate. Illiterate. Illiterate. Across the board. Thank you for defunding the Department of Education. That's going to help you a lot."
Suzie Toot
"The amount of makeup that Donald Trump and JD Vance are wearing... they got more makeup than I do! Girl, fuck you. That's what I have to say. Girl, fuck you!"
Joella
"How are you calling yourselves the land of the free when you're worried about a man in a dress?"
Lucky Starzzz
"No matter how many times you try to drown us, we will always rise above water because we are what? Sickening. You can never rise above water because you are not that kind of girl."
Arrietty
"Girl, get some lip filler please. What is up with y'all and thin ass lips?"
Lana Ja'Rae
"Shut you stupid, dumb, ignorant bitch. I hope you get hit by a bus and ran forward and back. I hope your mom pisses in your school lunch. I hope you wake up with a pimple on your face. You will never be beautiful. I'm sorry. I never tell anybody that, but you deserve that you stinky, nasty, man, Beluga whale bitch."
Sam Star
"We're not a threat to anyone. We're just living our lives. It's performance. It's happy, it's fun, and I'm so grateful the show is showing people that. We're making a difference, slowly but surely."
