Young had replied to a homophobic Instagram comment targeting Stause.

The Selling Sunset season 7 reunion drama isn’t over yet!

One of the biggest takeaways of this week’s Selling Sunset reunion special was that Chrishell Stause won’t take homophobia, transphobia, or attacks on her partner G Flip lightly.

One of the times Stause defended herself in the reunion came when host Tan France brought up an Instagram comment that her co-star Nicole Young had replied to that put down Stause for being queer.

“I was hoping the lesbian chick was off in Australia this season and not on our screens,” a commenter wrote. “Whatever her name is, I forgot. Nicole you look great!”

Young replied to the comment, seemingly endorsing it by saying “Thank you!!” with a heart emoji.

While the fight we were shown ended with Young denying she knew the comment was meant to be homophobic and that she doesn’t hate anyone, Young is now saying that her apology to Stause has been edited out.

“Just wanted to jump on here really quick because there’s something in the reunion that wasn’t shown in the final edit,” Young said in her Instagram Story. “I don’t know why. I don’t understand. I have no explanation, but during the reunion taping, I definitely did apologize to Chrishell.”

She said that the entire cast witnessed the apology, and it was caught on camera, but still the show decided to edit it.

“For whatever reason they decided not to put it in the final edit. So you won’t see that unfortunately this evening but it definitely did happen,” she said. “I just want to point that out because I think that’s an important piece to this whole puzzle moving forward.”

Selling Sunset has been renewed for an eighth season on Netflix.
