Arnold Schwarzenegger reacts to Patrick's White Lotus incest scenes

It looks like Terminator star and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has a very specific reaction to watching his son on the latest season of The White Lotus.

Patrick Schwarzenegger is on the outrageous HBO drama, and his storyline recently took a sharp incestuous turn after his character Saxon had a threesome with his brother, Lochlan, played by Sam Nivola.

The internet's reaction to the storyline has been chaotic to say the least, making so much racket that Patrick's own famous father chimed in on the chatter.

Following episode 6, Patrick posted a photo of him and Nivola in their character outfits to social media. It's clearly the day after the sexual encounter because the two characters look frazzled – and have swapped shorts. He captioned the photo with the devil and flower emojis.

Arnold quoted the post on X/Twitter with a gif of himself doing a double take in disbelief. The hilarious interaction currently has over 14,000 likes. The actor later reposted his dad's reaction.

Before the season even began, Schwarzenegger expressed concern over viewing the last two episodes with his family. "There are some uncomfortable conversations between us in the bed that are a little weird to show in front of your family," said the actor in a pre-season press conference. "Episodes 5 and 6, there will be some times that I take some bathroom breaks from the family, or maybe I won't watch that episode."

Costar Charlotte Le Bon (Chloe) also recently revealed that it was even hard for Patrick to film the scenes.

"Well, obviously, they're not brothers by blood, so that made it easier," she told Vulture. "I think for Patrick it was really difficult. For Sam, he was kind of like, It's whatever, let's just do it well one time and it will be over. You know? Because if you don't do it well the first time, then you have to do it over and over again. But Patrick's reaction in the episode is his genuine reaction. We all thought he was going to throw up. And Sam was like, 'It's fine, it's just a kiss, calm down!'"
