Wilson Cruz sure knows how to get us up and at ‘em in the morning!
The Star Trek: Discovery star is showing off in a new post he shared on Instagram, where he not only shares his morning routine, but also shares his incredible abs and chest!
“Mornings with Wilson, (because some have asked about the every morning routine),” Cruz, who is 50 years old and has never looked better, wrote in the caption of the post.
He then explained that first, he does yoga (either 20 minutes, or 30-60 if he’s not going to be weightlifting) before moving on to at least 10 minutes of meditation. Finally, he does 3X supersets in succession back to back, 20 ab rollouts, 20 pushups, and as many pull ups as he can. He added that he lifts weights three or four times a week, and it’s certainly working!
Cruz is no stranger to posting shirtless pics on his Instagram. In fact, we love the way he’s proud to show off his body! We hope this trend never ends!
Besides looking like the heartthrob of our dreams, in August of 2023, Cruz, who in the ’90s broke ground as a gay actor playing a gay high schooler named Rickie Vasquez on My So-Called Life, took a new role as the new chair of the board at GLSEN, a non-profit that works to create safe and inclusive school environments for LGBTQ+ youth.
Charming, smart, charitable, and handsome AF?!?! Wilson Cruz, you will always be our #1!
