She said she would do it, and she has followed through with her promise: over the month of October, former RuPaul's Drag Racecontestant Phi Phi O'Hara has recreated over 30 Harry Potter characters. In a project she has dubbed 31 Days of Wizardry, the star has more than cemented her status as the reigning cosplay queen, molding her own prosthetics, distressing garments to get the right feel, and covering her many tattoos with Dermablend when needed. She's a chameleon if there ever was one.
To be sure, the project has been phrased with "Jaremi Carey as." This distinction is to show that these looks and the creations are more of an extension so Carey's creativity -- and talent -- moreso than Phi Phi O'Hara, the character he created that helped bring him to worldwide fame. But sadly, the month of October is now coming to an end, and so has this project, after a three look finale.
Check out the full project, with all the looks (Bellatrix was notably not included as O'Hara had previously done her) in the slides to follow.
