The RuPaul’s Drag Race season 16 queen is turning out some sickening Rumix verses following her elimination from the competition.

Protect Queer Art!

Despite being eliminated from RuPaul’s Drag Race season 16 a few episodes ago, Megami has been an active alum on social media sharing her thoughts, feelings, and ideas for maxi challenges that she didn’t get to do.

For example, Megami was pretty annoyed that she missed out on the neo-goth “See You Next Wednesday” runway category given that her entire aesthetic is very much in line with that theme. Then, in episode 10, the queens were challenged to write their own verses for an inspirational political song named “Power” — and Nymphia Wind was hilariously calling out for Megami’s name in the werk room to help her with the songwriting.

As a result, Megami has dropped her own “Power” Rumix verse, reworked Nymphia’s lyrics for the song, and even wrote an additional verse for All Stars 8 star Heidi N Closet in the process. And, honestly? We’re kind of living for it.

Megami’s ‘Power’ verse.

Megami shared a video on social media with her reaction to seeing this “Power” challenge on Drag Race. The video then transitions to Megami performing her very own verse to the song.

“Let’s get rid of those demons, shall we? / Stan and fight, I’m a drag superhero / Lead with love, don’t hate like a zero / Live your truth, being gay is not a sin / Don’t give up, love will always win / It’s my right, I’m here / Best believe that I’m queer / And I’m gonna live my life without fear / Use your voice, go vote, be smart / Support local drag and protect queer art.”

Megami’s reworked ‘Power’ verse for Nymphia Wind.

Even though Nymphia Wind did deliver a verse of her own for the “Power” anthem, Megami did some tweaking in the verse to include a few lyrics.

“There’s change in the wind, can you hear it blowing? / Together as one, our power’s growing / Vote yellow, vote green, vote red, white, and blue / Just get out and vote! It’s all up to you! / There’s power… in… community / Stand together… in… unity / Be true to yourself and you’ll bloom like a flower / We’re stronger than hate, they can’t ban this power.”

Megami’s verse for Heidi N Closet’s next ‘Drag Race’ stint.

Megami also wrote a verse of Drag Race season 12 Miss Congeniality winner Heidi N Closet, who recently competed on All Stars 8 but chose to quit the competition. You never know, maybe this one could be useful to Heidi in a future Versus the World season! The verse reads:

“Mind the gap, I’m coming out the closet / Cashing checks, make a deposit / Call me Maddy, give it to you straight / I’m leaving you like All Stars 8 / I’m here chillin’, these girls all stressed / I’m highly favored and clearly blessed / Wrap these girls up all neat and tidy / Worry ‘bout you, imma worry ‘bout Heidi.”

Megami also clapped back at the X account for ‘Just Dance 2024.’

When the official X account for the Just Dance 2024 videogame (@justdancegame) tried to join in on the fun, Megami was quick to stop it on its tracks. “Lady Gaga already did that,” she wrote, with a hilarious meme that reads “silence, brand.”

RuPaul’s Drag Race season 16 airs every Friday on MTV.
