Pattie Gonia literally gave Cynthia Erivo her green flowers.

The drag performer, known for her environmental activism, performed an epic lip sync for the Out100 Icon of the Year after Erivo delivered a stirring speech about what it means to be an icon.

Gonia wowed the crowd at Neuehouse Hollywood, where the celebration honoring the year's most impactful LGBTQ+ changemakers was held, with a medley of Wicked-related numbers — culminating in the viral interview with Out's Tracy E. Gilchrist, of "holding space" fame, and "Defying Gravity."

A joyous Erivo accepted the flowers and joined along with Gonia by singing along.

Gonia was also an Out100 honoree this year, who was recognized for work that “focuses on environmental solutions — making art at the intersection of activism and making spaces for queer people that the community often forgets exist, [such as] queers in rural and outdoor spaces," as she noted in her profile. Keeping in theme, Gonia wore a Poison Ivy-inspired ensemble on the Out100 stage.

Gonia also surprised Gilchrist with a bouquet of flowers of her own. The moment marked a reunion as well for Gilchrist and Erivo, whose exchange about "holding space for the lyrics of 'Defying Gravity'" broke the internet and became a rallying cry for queer moviegoers.
