Following her herstoric win on season 15 of RuPaul's Drag Race, the G.O.D.D.E.S.S. herself, Sasha Colby, is elevating her stunning Stripped Tour into a new production that'll blow audiences away.

"Even though this upcoming set of shows is Stripped, it is not the same Stripped show as last year. It's Stripped II, which is telling different stories. The first Stripped Tour was more centered around my life experiences that brought me to where I am today. With Stripped II, I want to tell different stories about trans experiences and queer experiences that are more general and universal," Colby exclusively tells Out.

Colby will kick off her 28-city tour on September 16 in Seattle, Washington and perform in multiple cities across North America including Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, and more before wrapping up in Honolulu on November 15.

Drag artists have always been on the frontlines to stand up for LGBTQ+ equality and Colby's upcoming tour sends a clear message that queer people aren't going anywhere.

"Obviously, with the state of mankind right now, it is really scary to be one's authentic self. My advice, because I will have to take this advice as well and remind myself, is that this too shall pass. Our queer strength and community are really what is going to get us through these hard times. So find your friends, your allies, and the people that you trust, and fill your immediate world with that. So hopefully make your community better, and in turn, help make the world as a whole better. It is so important right now to be out, loud, and proud because that is the number one weapon in our arsenal to fight back against hatred and sheer stupidity."

With anti-LGBTQ+ legislation sweeping the United States, the Drag Race winner is remaining steadfast in her passion for performance by creating powerful stories that all types of audiences will enjoy.

"Immersing myself in my creativity is one of the ways I like to do my own work against hatred. I love to lose myself, especially right now when the world is pretty scary. It's nice to make up these beautiful worlds that you can escape in, lose yourself in, and be creative. I always say, if we don't like the world that we're looking at, let's turn ourselves inwards and make the world that we want inside to reflect to everyone else."

Tickets for Sasha Colby's Stripped II tour will be available starting Tuesday, April 22 with artist pre-sales and general on-sale begins Friday, April 25 on Sasha Colby's official website here.
