New Oscars Trailer Pokes Fun at Last Year’s Best Picture Blunder
It's been a great year for film, from limited-release works of art like Call Me By Your Name to record-breaking blockbusters like Wonder Woman, the best of the best will get their chance to shine in March at the Academy Awards.

In a newly released trailer hyping the upcoming award show, the Academy stitches together clips from Get Out, Girls Trip, Lady Bird, IT, and more, all while promising "bigger moments" and "better surprises." Of course qualifying how good a surprise depends on who you ask. Poking a bit of fun at itself, the trailer also features last year's best picture announcement flub when La La Land was mistakenly named over Moonlight.
Jimmy Kimmel is set to host the event again this year, which is set to air on March 4. Watch the trailer, below.
