Written by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble, and based on Caroline Kepnes' bestselling novel, You is described as a 21st century love story that asks, "What would you do for love?" When brilliant bookstore manager Joe (Badgley) crosses paths with an aspiring writer, Beck (Lail), his answer becomes clear: anything. Nef has been cast as Blythe, a talented and competitive peer in Beck's MFA program.
Nef is best known for her recurring role as Gittel in Amazon's Emmy-winning Transparent and being the first openly transgender model to sign with IMG. She recently shot a lead role alongside Bella Thorne and Bill Skarsgard in the upcoming Sam Levinson film, Assassination Nation.
