In the trailer for the upcoming fourth season of The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Kimmy (Ellie Kemper) has a new job at tech company Giztoob, where she has to deal with insecure men making sexual harassment claims against her and men worried about their declining social dominance.

Titus, as usual, brings Kimmy up to speed about how the world works and even gives her a crash course in white privilege. "I know you're just a sweet girl who don't know how to act," he says, before imparting another nugget of questionable wisdom. And it also looks like Titus is directing a children's play, which goes about as well as you'd expect. Watch, below.
