Shane Dawson Creates New YouTube Series to Expose Failed Tanacon Video
Following the success of John and Hank Green's video convention, VidCon, which has been a massive gathering for YouTube personalities and fans alike since 2010, 20-year-old YouTuber Tana Mongeau decided to create her own free video convention, TanaCon. Mongeau made a video back in April explaining why she wouldn't be attending VidCon. Unfortunately, at her own free convention from June 22-23, things didn't run smoothly whatsoever - some are comparing it to that of the Fyre Festival chaotic mess - and now Mongeau and Shane Dawson have a YouTube series explaining what went wrong.
The monetized videos, which comes in three parts on Dawson's channel, go into detail with footage about how the event went down the way it did.
