I'm not sure how I didn't know this, but Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen are gay BFFs who have been taking their friendship on the road for the last three years in a series of shows where they basically gossip like girlfriends at brunch about politics and Real Housewives. Promoting a new string of shows, the pair visited Stephen Colbert to talk about how they decided to "monetize" their 25-year friendship.
"It's a lot of ladies who had some liquid dinner before they got there," said Cooper about their audience. He also added that while he was covering the recent Putin summit, Cohen texted to ask "How hot are the guys in Helsinki?"

Later in the show, the duo joked about the possibility of Cohen running for mayor of New York City.
