The queen of glitter, Ke$ha, has signed on with MTV to give fans a look inside her "fabulous, freaky -- and frequently furry -- world" with a brand-new documentary series, called Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life.
Set to premiere this April, see Ke$ha in a very intimate manner, and follow the "drama and madness" of her life--personal and professional--as she travels the globe and records her Warrior album.
"You might have heard my voice on the radio, seen me onstage or in a music video, but that's only a part of the story," Ke$ha told MTV News. "With this documentary series I'm revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It's not all glamorous but it's all real."
Shot over the course of two years, and filmed by Ke$ha's brother and a friend, the show promises to give fans an intimate, no-limits look at her rise to fame. See a sneak peak:
Ke$ha also appeared on MTV's new talk show, Nikki & Sara LIVE, where she talks about being a Global Ambassador for the Humane Society and her month off music to travel with the organization. "Because I love animals more than people," she said as to why she joined them. Watch below as she talks more on the new show:
Having a documentary show or film seems to be a big trend that past year for our some of our favorite pop divas of today. Beyonce's HBO special is due on Feb. 16, and of course Katy Perry: Part of Me was released summer 2012. And now Ke$ha...who is next?!
