Where Are They Now: Project Runway

After a long, cold year in legal limbo, Project Runway is officially the property of Lifetime (sorry Bravo -- but you've still got fourteen zillion other ace shows, so chin up!) and season six is finally making its premiere on Thursday, August 20.

To gear up for the sartorial madness that awaits us -- including a two-hour Project Runway: All-Stars challenge that airs just before the season six debut and features eight former contestants battling for a second time to see who's a cut above the rest -- we tracked down 18 of our favorite designers and asked them 10 questions about fashion, their favorite moments on the show, the biggest villain, and more.

Here's a snippet from season one winner Jay McCarroll's questionnaire:

Would you do another reality TV show if given the opportunity? Which one?
Yes. I would love to be on The Hills or The City so I could throw a dinner party and put a bunch of LSD in the Evian and watch those bitches lose their shit one by one until they all had to be committed.

Favorite current trend in fashion right now?
Those shiny nylon basketball shorts that guys wear with boxer shorts so I can see precisely what the shape of their wang is

Check out the Where Are They Now: Project Runway feature at Out.com and then head over to Lifetime to get the scoop on the new season.

Also: head back here every Friday for a recap of Thursday night's Project Runway episode by Dave White.
