Katy and Gaga Go Head-To-Head for 2011 Grammy

Say a little prayer for Katy Perry. The California Girl faces some tough competition for Album of the Year at the 2011 Grammy Awards, airing on Feb. 13. Perry's Teenage Dream is up against The Suburbs by Arcade Fire, Recovery by Eminem, Need You Now by Lady Antebellum, and, most intimidating of them all, Lady Gaga's The Fame Monster. But really, who do the Grammy's think they're kidding? Either Katy or Gaga has to win. And Katy already got a head start on collecting votes. She performed last night at the Grammy Nominations Concert Live in a silvery ice-queen party dress and festive headpiece -- which makes this the second day in a row we've seen her in creative hairgear.

But Gaga and Katy aren't the only gaylebrities going head to head next year. Funny ladies Kathy Griffin and Margaret Cho are both up for Comedy Album, with Kathy Griffin Does The Bible Belt and Cho Dependent respectively. Other notable categories include:

New Artist: Justin Bieber, Drake, Florence & The Machine, Mumford & Sons, Esperanza Spalding.

Record of the Year: "Nothin' on You," B.o.B featuring Bruno Mars; "Love the Way You Lie," Eminem featuring Rihanna; "Fuck You," Cee Lo Green; "Empire State of Mind," Jay-Z and Alicia Keys; "Need You Now," Lady Antebellum.

Pop Vocal Album:My World 2.0, Justin Bieber; I Dreamed a Dream, Susan Boyle; The Fame Monster,Lady GaGa; Battle Studies, John Mayer; Teenage Dream, Katy Perry.

Alas, not a Taylor Swift nomination in sight.
