Lady Gaga Shows Up to American Idol Shocking Heels

We know, we know. Everday we have at least one obligatory Lady Gaga post -- but what can we say, the zeitgeist-riding songstress and performance artist always seems to be doing something worth noting. We'll refrain from talking about her lengthy two-page editorial in the latest V Magazine (but if you care to read about it Gawker and New York Magazine already covered it quite thoroughly) and instead stick to something the diva has a known fetish for: shoes. We know our Lady loves a high, high heel and on last night's episode of American Idol she didn't disappoint. In fact, the height of her footwear was the least shocking thing about it. The fact that the heels were lucite replicas of dildos, expertly hidden by Fox editors, was the most blush-inducing factor. Oh, that and the nearly $5,000 price tag.
