Chaz Bono: I Want To Host My Own Talk Show

The transgender Out100 honoree tells Howard Stern about his plans for TV stardom and peeing standing up.

Tuesday morning, Chaz Bono appeared on the Howard Stern Showto shill for his upcoming reality show, Becoming Chaz. And while Bono has been in the public eye more than ever since his role on Dancing With the Stars, it seems that there will always be a few new things to learn about him.

One of the more eye-opening revelations that Bono, who made this year's Out100, revealed was how he plans to achieve the last bit of surgery he needs to complete his transition from a female body to a male one.

"There's two different surgeries. The one that I would do, they basically use what you already have...this is going to sound weird to you. I'm actually considering getting the operation," Bono said.

But it's not something he can have done at his general practitioner's office.

"There's a doctor in Belgrade who just does this procedure the best--of anywhere I've seen it. So. They take your clitoris and basically kind of use certain ligaments and stuff, make it a little bit bigger, release it, [and] wire it...so they [can] take a graft from your cheek...the inside."

Add in a lengthened urethra and a pair of testicular implants and Bono will have what he's been looking for. "You'll be able to pee standing up," said the performer.

Another great feat that Bono has planned? A talk show.

"This is what I want to do next: I want to do a show with David [Arquette] and JR [Martinez] and Carson [Kressley] and do a male version of The View with the four of us," he told Stern. "I think it's a winner."
