If you've ever dreamt of living in 'The Murder House,' pony up: 4.5 million bucks and it's yours.
If your Wednesday nights are devoted to curling up on the couch and hoping for shots of men in leather, Dylan McDermott's ass and queeny Zachary Quinto cameos, then you know this brick Tudor Revival beauty. You may not know that the American Horror Story mansion is ready for new tenants.
Listed by Joe Babajian of Joe Babajian Real Estate (who looks nothing like the gun-toting Marcy in AHS), the six-bedroom home boasts tiled fireplaces, beamed ceilings, a grand ballroom and so much Tiffany glass you can understand why Quinto's character is freakishly protective. Listed as an LA Cultural Historic Monument, the home was designed and owned by architect Alfred Rosenheim in 1908 - no word on whether it was subsequently sold to a plastic surgeon/abortionist/Dr Frankenstein type.
The good news? The home has been marked down from 8.5 million to a mere 4.5. Blame it on the economy all you want - we say it's hard to sell a house where a new undead costar appears every week.
