How can you not like Jon Hamm?
For the sake of argument, we'll say you hate charming men. And handsome men. And seemingly nice, mannered, and (let's face it) gorgeous men.
Well, better add modest to that list because it looks like Hamm will be the last guy to call himself those things, especially the gorgeous part. Or so say some quotes he gave Elle UK, reports the New York Daily News in a story that also makes clear how perfect his relationship is.
"When I look in the mirror, I see my goofy-ass self from when I was a kid," Hamm said, presumably while cartoon birds landed his shoulders and clouds parted above.
The Mad Men star and everyone's favorite TV sociopath was publicizing the new film he's in with long-time girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt (also the movie's writer and the mind behind 2001's Kissing Jessica Stein), the just-released Friends With Kids.
Though he doesn't believe himself to be handsome, Hamm did provide a list of movie stars he thinks are, including "Clooney, Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds, Brad Cooper."
Well, we're not going to say he's wrong about everything.
