We caught up with Josh & Brent--aka the Fabulous Beekman Boys, aka the big winners of the 21st season of The Amazing Race, aka the goat farmers from upstate New York--to see if they had any reactions after the airing of the episode last night.
"We couldn't have been prouder to represent the LGBT community on this season of The Amazing Race. Something we didn't notice while watching last night, but realized later reviewing social media, was that the LGBT community had taken note of the "victory kiss" we shared at the final Pit Stop," they told Out. "Many in the community still remembered that Chip and Reichen's kiss--the last same-sex couple to win the Race--was edited out to great controversy. It was a small reminder of how far we've come in nine short years that our kiss was barely commented on by anyone other than the LGBT community. We can all share that victory kiss."
But don't miss this amazing post on their site in honor of their victory, celebrating their defeated competitors on the season with caricature gingerbread men.
