Married Queer Duo, Purple Crush, Want “No More Lies” in New Video
Purple Crush is a self-described "hetero-married Queer indie-pop duo" based in New York and Los Angeles. For their upcoming album, ICONOCLASSIC, they worked with a talented roster of other queer artists including RuPaul's Drag Race alum Raja, Josh Peace, Miss Barbie Q and others.
The first single from the album, "No More Lies," comes in sounding somewhere between Roisin Murphy and Madonna (so basically perfect) with a video directed by Jon Bush.
Check out the duo's Tank Girl-esque video for "No More Lies" below:
You can pre-order ICONOCLASSIC on iTunes and if you're in New York, Purple Crush will be crushing it on Friday, May 9 at The Flat in Brooklyn, and May 12 at Escuelita.
