Daniel Franzese: too gay to function and gay enough for HBO's Looking.
Best known to fans for playing Damian in 2004's modern classic Mean Girls, Daniel Franzese has signed on to appear in Looking's sophomore season in a multi-episode arc.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Franzese will play Eddie, who works at a San Francisco nonprofit and will be a love interest for one of the central characters.
The show's cast has expanded beyond Season 1's three central characters--Jonathan Groff's Patrick, Murray Bartlett's Dom, and Agustin played by Frankie Alvarez--as Lauren Weedman, Russell Tovey, and Raul Castillo now have larger roles on the show.
Looking's second season is currently in production in San Francisco and the show hopes to return in 2015.
