Chris Hemsworth: People's Sexiest Man Alive

People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive issue is available this Friday, and for the second year in a row, the identity of the superlative was revealed . Have you ever been fat? "Not really." After it was revealed that the Sexiest Man was, in fact, Chris Hemsworth, the Aussie actor credited his parents for "putting it all together" as he accepted his trophy (a golden mirror).

Hemsworth was featured on the May 2012 cover of OutIn the story at the time he revealed: "My mum always used to say to me that, out of her three boys, 'Chris, you were the girl,' " he recalls. "I'd speak to her about far more things than [my brothers] would and far more things than she needed to hear about, too. I was a chatty kid." Now he's set to be idolized for his masculine attributes more than ever.
