When she created Transparent, Jill Soloway was doing more than changing the way we watch television, she was examining her own personal issues as well. As she explained to us earlier this year: "My dad came out to me three years ago as trans. It put a lot of things into perspective for me regarding my family and my understanding of my childhood. In the months and years that followed, the Transparent inspiration flowed pretty freely."
With Amazon's hit series having received two Golden Globe nominations (for Best Comedy and Jeffrey Tambor for Best Actor in a Comedy Series), Audible is offering more behind-the-scenes interviews of the cast and creative team, including Jeffrey Tambor and Amy Landecker.
Additional interviews with Transparent's cast and crew are now available on Audible.com.
