Whoever says you can't mix a good time with an important, worthwhile time obviously hasn't been to the Lazarus Ball!
Taking place at Gallier Hall on the night of Friday, October 18, the black-tie event had its fair share of spooky-ooky costume looks and kicked off Halloween New Orleans' annual, multi--day weekend of festivities. Though Halloween New Orleans is known mostly for throwing some of the best parties around, the Lazarus Ball is special in that it continues to raise funds and support for Project Lazarus, an organization that provides resources and aid for Louisianans living with HIV.
In fact, over the past 40+ years, Halloween New Orleans has greatly helped raise over four million dollars for Project Lazarus — and the 2024 Lazarus Ball helped cement and celebrate that legacy!
