Swedish outerwear brand Stutterheim travelled across the North Sea for its spring 2016 collection, adding a sleek touch of Anglomania to its line of unisex, lightweight raincoats. For the dreary weather, who better to take style cues from than the Brits, right?
Stutterheim's head of Design, Patric Wallertz, explains the concept:
"We wanted to play with the idea of classic British menswear, clothing already made for fickle weather, but to really put a true rainwear twist on it. Although inspired by menswear, our SS16 collection stays true to the unisex philosophy of Stutterheim, creating , beautiful outerwear pieces as wearable by women as by men."
Our favorite, the Ture Trenchcoat, uses Stutterheim's signature unlined, rubberized cotton for a chic and breezy reinterpretation of a menswear classic. There's also the Vasastan, a car coat equiped for facing the elements, and the ever-popular bomber jacket here takes form in the Vastertorp. The most difficult part is to pick one.
